FSMB Telemedicine Policy

federation of state medical boards telemedicine The Federation of State Medical Boards has recently issued new guidelines with regards to telemedicine and telepsychiatry. There seems to be some issue with the fact that telephone, email and instant messaging are not mentioned in the guidelines and only videoconferencing is addressed.
